Pasqua de les Avellanes is a gathering of young people which for over 50 years has brought us together to celebrate the Holy Week in a unique, vibrant and meaningful way in a truly special setting. Year after year, young people from many places come together to live intensely the Passion, Death, and Resurrection of Jesus of Nazareth through faith, community and commitment.
In 2026 the motto that guides us is “Let’s Dare to Love.”
A clear and courageous invitation to step forward. We are not talking about a theoretical or comfortable kind of love, but about a love that involves risk —one that pushes us beyond our comfort zone and takes shape in real actions: listening, caring, welcoming, serving and giving life.
During this Easter we will reflect and pray around the radical love that Jesus proposes:
- A love without conditions.
- A love that draws close to those who suffer, the excluded and the forgotten.
- A love lived in community which becomes a force for change.
- A love capable of overcoming death and bringing forth new life.
Jesus Christ himself is the greatest witness of this daring love: he welcomes, defends, serves and gives his life until the very end. Easter celebrates this victory of love over evil and reminds us that we too are called to live our way into Easter joy — believing that love can bring back to life what seems lost.
Pasqua de les Avellanes 2026 wants to be a space to ask questions, to share the journey and also to dare to love more and better in our daily lives.
